The Hipower HRIW-70 T4F is a 70 kVA (62 kW standby / 56 kW prime) trailer-mounted mobile diesel generator and the largest unit in Hipower's compact HRIW Isuzu-powered mobile series. It bridges the gap between the light compact units and the heavier FPT-powered HRFW series — delivering meaningful construction-grade capacity in a trailer that can still be towed by a standard full-size pickup truck. EPA Tier 4 Final certified for California job site use.
Manufactured at Hipower's Olathe, Kansas facility, the HRIW-70 produces three-phase 480V output alongside single-phase and 208V options, covering the full range of temporary power connections found on commercial construction and light industrial sites. Service & Maintenance#

- Fuel filter: Every 250 hours — water contamination from portable fueling is the most common cause of fuel system service calls on rental units
- Air filter: Every 500 hours or at restriction indicator
- Major overhaul inspection: At 15,000 hours
