Nick is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and executive who founded OnPoint in 2023. He co-founded Cub Investments in 2016 and led its first acquisition of The Wright Gardner, a San Francisco commercial interior plant company, executing a series of self-financed tuck-ins, a divestiture, and multiple investments into small business buyout transactions.
Prior to Cub, Nick held leadership roles in energy and infrastructure development at Evercar, NRG Energy (NYSE: NRG), and Amonix Solar. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Energy & Industrials and Private Equity sectors.

A skilled Mechanical Engineer, Dillan brings extensive experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, team supervision, project leadership, and business development. With a proven track record in the Oil & Gas industry with ExxonMobil/Syncrude and TransCanada, Dillan has been recognized at the executive level for championing cross-department collaborations that boost productivity, safety, and revenue.
Prior to joining OnPoint, Dillan headed up the preventative maintenance division of ANGUS, a specialty chemicals manufacturer, leading a major overhaul of the company’s preventative maintenance program that resulted in significant improvements to equipment reliability and uptime.
