SEASIDE, Calif. — January 7, 2025 — OnPoint Generators, Inc. and its subsidiary PowerGen, Inc. have been awarded Titanium Tier status in Kohler's Home Energy Direct Dealer Program — the highest dealer classification Kohler offers. The designation was earned based on the companies' combined performance throughout 2024, their first full year of operation under shared ownership.
Titanium status places OnPoint-PowerGen in the top echelon of Kohler's national dealer network, reflecting volume, technical capability, and commitment to the Kohler generator platform. The achievement is notable given that OnPoint Generators completed its first acquisition in January 2024 and its second in May 2024, reaching the program's highest tier within a single year.
What Titanium status means for customers#
Kohler's tiered dealer program recognizes partners based on sales volume, parts commitment, and technician certifications. Titanium — the program's top level — qualifies OnPoint-PowerGen for benefits that directly impact the customer experience:
- First-priority service referrals — Kohler routes warranty and service requests to Titanium dealers before all other tiers
- Dedicated factory support — Direct access to Kohler field and inside sales engineers for project sizing, technical questions, and installation support
- Kohler Dealer Locator listing — Prominent placement in Kohler's consumer-facing dealer search, connecting homeowners and contractors with OnPoint-PowerGen across Northern California and Nevada
- Extended warranty programs — Access to enhanced warranty options for customers purchasing Kohler generator systems
A certified team#
The Titanium designation requires a minimum of two RCA/RCL certified technicians qualified on Kohler's 6–60kW residential and commercial generator platforms. OnPoint-PowerGen exceeded this threshold with four certified technicians at the time of qualification, spanning both the Seaside and Tracy service locations.

The company holds authorized dealer agreements with Generac, Cummins, and Multiquip MQ Power, and was subsequently appointed as an Isuzu Diesel servicing dealer in September 2025. PowerGen maintains additional factory certifications on Caterpillar platforms.
