Overview#

The Gillette T4D-2500 is a 250-kilowatt Tier 4 Final / EU Stage V dual-certified diesel generator on Volvo's TAD1381VE — a 12.8L turbocharged inline-6 with SCR aftertreatment. Rated at 250 kW for both standby and prime. Stamford S4L1D alternator, Basler DGC-2020 controller.

The T4D-2500 begins the 12.8L Tier 4 Final sub-family (T4D-2500, T4D-3000, T4D-3500) — the Tier 4 counterpart to the SPVD-3000/3500/4000 Tier III models.
