Overview#
Fuel Management Systems manufactures automated fuel polishing systems that continuously circulate and filter diesel fuel stored in generator tanks. Diesel fuel degrades over time through microbial growth, water accumulation, and oxidation — all of which can cause generator failure when the fuel is needed for an emergency. These systems typically include multi-stage filtration (water separator, particulate filter, and coalescent filter), a circulation pump, and a programmable controller that runs the polishing cycle on a scheduled basis.
