Overview#
ConVault's Fireguard sub-base tank brings UL 2085 fire-rated protection to the sub-base tank configuration. Mounted directly beneath the generator skid like a standard sub-base tank, but with concrete-encased double-wall construction that provides 2-hour fire resistance. Used where building codes require fire-rated fuel storage but the generator installation benefits from integral sub-base fuel rather than a remote tank and day tank system.
