The Volvo Penta TWD1672GE is a 16.1-liter, 6-cylinder inline diesel engine rated at 724 HP, used in commercial and industrial generator applications in the 500-550 kW class. Turbocharged and aftercooled with Tier 4 Final compliance via SCR aftertreatment. The TWD1672GE shares the 16.1L block with the higher-output TWD1683GE used in the Atlas Copco QAS 700.
