Overview#
The Hotstart TPS Series 1500W is the most commonly specified block heater size for commercial diesel generators in the 60-150 kW range. Thermostatic control maintains coolant temperature between the set points, cycling the heating element to conserve energy. Available in 120V and 240V configurations. Hotstart block heaters are specified by Kohler, Cummins, Caterpillar, and Generac as the standard engine preheating solution for their generator lines.
